Perfectly Posh

August 3, 2015

As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I’m beginning the process of renovating and refurnishing my house. I’ve already started and have quite a few things bought already. I have a brand new refrigerator and my home office is actually almost done with the first phase, I’m just waiting for the bookcase to come back into stock so I can get that moved in and finish getting everything out of boxes. After that I’ll be moving on to my guest room. The only problem I’ve run into so far is that even with all the budgeting I’ve been doing I’m running into financial stumbling blocks. Between interest rates and higher utilities I’m just not where I had hoped to be so when my sister introduced me to Perfectly Posh I knew it was something I wanted to give a go.

After using the products for about three weeks I was hooked. I’ve always struggled with oily skin, mild acne and dry feet from always being in flip flops. After once use of some bath salts and a body scrub on my feet, they remained soft and moisturized for a week. By the afternoon every day I always felt like I needed to just strip everything off my face and scrub it but using their skin masks two to three times a week have gotten that under control and their soaps and scrubs have helped reduce my overall acne. That doesn’t even cover how much softer and healthier my skin feels from their lotions. Needless to say, I’ve never been so impressed with a skin care line and I’ve tried things from sensitive skin products to $100 mud masks.

Once I’d fallen in love with the products I saw an opportunity to help me reach my goals by signing up to become and independent consultant. This way I can not only enjoy the products myself but easily share them with my friends and family. I’ve been at it for a few weeks now and not only is my skin and hair doing better than ever but I’ve heard from my customers just how much they love the product after one use!

My launch party is currently going on and is open until about 2pm on Friday. If you’re interested in trying anything out visit the site and sign up for a Perks account. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a party feel free to contact me!

Plated Is Saving My Wallet

September 29, 2014

Plated has expanded my cooking horizons. A lot of people might think that it’s a waste of money having the membership and buying the meals, but for someone who lives alone and works all day it has actually been helpful to my wallet. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve just ordered out or run to the store to buy a pre-made meal from the deli. Over the course of a month, that adds up and weighs heavily on my bank account. With Plated, I’ve been able to cook twice a week and have meals for four, sometimes five days. I think the best part though is that everything is measured out for you so you don’t over buy in the grocery store and let things go to waste. The meals are diverse and really good, the only downside I seem to have is sometimes the dish is a little bland, but that has ore to do with my reservations in using salt than the dishes themselves.

I’ve learned to cook thinks I would have never even considered on my own. When searching for recipes to try, I always tend to grab things that look easy or contain ingredients that I’m confident with. The meals I’ve received so far have taught me how to use vegetables I never would have before or cook dishes that would have never even crossed my mind in the past. I find myself looking forward to my Plated boxes arriving and its made me excited to learn how to cook. I’ve also been saving all of my recipe cards so that I can use them again in the future.

So far I haven’t had a single bad experience with Plated and I’ll be continuing to use them for the foreseeable future. If you’re interested in checking Plated out you can get two free plates by using this referral link!
