Lately I have been spending a lot of time in Lake Lure, North Carolina. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved taking trips to the Appalachian Mountains. There is just something so soothing and welcoming about the area. Now that I can, I see myself spending a lot of time up there. That means lots of pictures! I need to break out my DSLR because so far I’ve just been taking them with my phone.
Here are some of my favorite spots and photos I’ve taken while up there. Some of my favorite places to visit up there are the Flower Bridge, Broad River, the many streams, and of course Lake Lure.
